Your Talents Can Make a Difference

Volunteers Needed!

The headache, migraine and cluster disease community is growing – growing stronger, louder and more empowered. Our voices are starting to be heard and our efforts are making a difference. There is no better time to lend your time and join us.

Each June, our community celebrates Migraine Solidarity Day with the Association of Migraine Disorders’ (AMD) campaign, Shades for Migraine to promote migraine awareness and create a viral buzz. This collaborative campaign is supported by 35+ organizations worldwide and reached a whopping 2.6 million people in 2018!

On June 21, snap a quick photo of you wearing your favorite pair of sunglasses and share via social media with the hashtag #ShadesForMigraine.

In just its third year, Shades for Migraine has exponentially increased its reach and impact. To expand the impact year-round, AMD has created a volunteer registry database for anyone looking to make a difference in our community. If you or anyone you know would like to contribute their time and unique skills to better the headache disease community, simply fill out the Volunteer Registry form. You will be added to the database and any of the headache disease patient advocacy organizations may contact you as volunteer roles are needed.

Whether you’re a talented writer, artist or poet, or you’re a skilled communicator or organizer, there may be a volunteer opportunity for you. Sign up TODAY and let’s get started!
